Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment. Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with new products. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirement:



Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts (rotating), including weekends and public holidays. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
