About the Role:



We are seeking a friendly and energetic

Retail Assistant

to join our team. You will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily retail operations.





Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and restocking shelves. Support promotions, events, and store activities.

Requirements:



Minimum [1 year] experience in retail or customer service preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
