Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly assistance. Operate POS system, process payments, and issue receipts. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store presentation. Receive, check, and bring in goods for storage or display. Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, following FEFO/FIFO practices. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items. Maintain overall store cleanliness -- staff take turns with cleaning duties as there are no dedicated cleaners. Ensure hygiene of counters, dining area, and equipment. Clear and sanitize tables promptly to provide a welcoming dining environment.
Requirements

Retail or F&B experience preferred; training will be provided at the outlet. Energetic, hands-on, and willing to handle both sales and backroom tasks. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation practices. Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods during stock replenishment. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
