Retail Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquires and
recommendations.
Manage sales transactions, process payments and handle returns/exchanges.
Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.
Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.
Maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
Provide support with any administrative tasks.
Assist with online orders and packaging.
