As a Retail Assistant, you will support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service in our pawnbroking outlets.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with pawnbroking and jewellery services, providing clear and professional guidance.
Support store operations including display arrangements, stock replenishment, and housekeeping.
Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and record-keeping.
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and pawnbroking regulations.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in Retail, Diploma in Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong customer service skills with professionalism and integrity.
Positive attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
