Job Summary:

We're looking for an energetic and service-minded Retail Assistant to join our team. You'll help customers find activewear that supports their lifestyle -- promoting happiness, health, and a whole lot of fun. As part of our retail team, you'll create an inspiring in-store experience that motivates people to move and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, genuine, and personalised customer service. Engage customers with product knowledge, fit advice, and styling suggestions. Promote the brand's message of active, positive living. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with stock management -- including receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts. Contribute to achieving store sales goals and performance targets. Support store events, community activities, and brand initiatives. Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Passion for activewear, fitness, and healthy living. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
