Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team! As a Retail Assistant , we rely on you to:

Assist in handling retail sales and all guest requests to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
Provide a high standard of service to all guests
Replenish stock on the selling floor and assist to monitor stock level of the merchandise for stock replenishment in a timely manner
Assist in doing monthly inventory count or when necessary
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop at all time

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for retail and hospitality
Preferably has experience working in retail and with relevant hospitality background
Loves interacting with guests
Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a can-do attitude
Is a self-starter
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
