Job Description
- Packing of online orders for sending out to local & overseas customers
- Products or herbs repacking duties (bundle pack, soup pack, herbs grinding, etc)
- Receiving of stocks, products display & price tagging
- Products & packaging materials inventory management
- Assist patients registration for TCM consultation
- Preparation of prescription issued by Physician
- Provide friendly customer service to all walk-in customers for their purchases
- Products recommendation & upselling
- General Housekeeping of medical hall
