Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Keep up to date with product information
• Manage shift schedule of part-time sales staff
• Communicate with Japan HQ

Requirements:

• Japanese language skill to liaise with Japanese counterparts in HQ
• Wiling to learn new things
• Good team player
• Open for job scope
• Open to work with retail shift hour
