Job Description

Contract Type: 1 year contract
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory review and updates for NSC online sales channels (Shopee and e-Commerce)
• Assist Assistant Manager to ensure contents in online channels stay relevant (i.e., promotions, banners and price updates)
• Process online orders and oversee staff assisting with order fulfilment to ensure timely shipments
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback and relations on online channels
• Assist purchasing colleagues in inventory replenishment with updates on online sales movement
• Replenish stationery and packing supplies
• Prepare performance report for the online channels
• Assist in routine stocktake and cycle counts of retail items in various location
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Science, Business, Marketing, or any related field
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in retail settings and eCommerce is preferred
• Motivated and perform well in a target-driven environment
