Retail Assistant
Job Description
Role & Responsibility: Greeting customers and offering assistance Recommending products or merchandise to help customers in making decisions Answering questions and addressing concerns Handle returns & disputes Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies Demonstrating how products work Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases Restocking the shelf and creating displays Taking inventory and monitoring sales floor Doing Live stream on company's Instagram profile to show followers the products available in store Housekeeping and organising the storeRequirements: Able to learn and adapt fast to using mobile phone apps such as Shopify and Instagram Able to speak good English Language Able to commit to weekends and Public Holidays if needed Able to carry stocks to display on shelves when stock-taking O level/A level/Nitec or above Full time or part time both acceptableJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Weekend availability
- Commission pay
- Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
