Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selectionsManage cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling returns/exchangesMaintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-displayed and stockedSupport day-to-day operations such as inventory checks, packing, and restockingAssist in store events, workshops, and promotional activitiesUphold brand values and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all customersRequirements:Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalentPrior retail or customer service experience preferred (training will be provided)Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with the ability to work independently when requiredWilling to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating shift basis
