Job Description
- Assist the Operations Manager in all customer-facing frontline retail matters
- Conduct regular stock-take
- Cover duties as and when required
- Ensure the interior and its environment are properly maintained and up kept
- Expected to work shifts
- Other tasks as assigned
- Able to work independently
- Well-groomed and pleasant disposition
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous clients simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in frontline customer facing settings
- Proficient in internet applications
