Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality service to customers with high level sales service
• Perform housekeeping within the outlet
• Perform receiving/unpacking/ stacking/ bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
• Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
• Perform stock count duties as assigned
• Submit reports and customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback to management
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• N level/ O Level / ITE or its equivalent
• Retail experience is not mandatory but highly preferred
• Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and provide assistance on product features
• Good attitude, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to commit to retail working hours, including public holidays and weekends
