Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate daily sales records.
Managing day-to-day store operations.
Delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Handle tourist customer inquiries and promote in store products effectively.
Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
Oversee in-store consignment inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
Address tourist customer feedback and provide great sales service experience.
Ensure the retail store is clean and well-organized.
Conduct tourist customer satisfaction surveys when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and marketing event assigned by management.
Requirements
Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Prefer bilingual English and Chinese speaking.
No quota for foreign applicant who require a work pass.
