Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Assist with customers on their enquiries on product usage, refunds & exchange. 2. Perform customer membership enrolment (data entry) and cancellation according to Company pr Responsibilities: Assist with customers on their enquiries on product usage, refunds & exchange. Perform customer membership enrolment (data entry) and cancellation according to Company process/policy. Perform sales cashier duties and daily cash reconciliation. Maintain housekeeping standards and safe working environment in retail stores. Conduct store product demonstrations & participate in business events. Assist in stock replenishment in stores. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in a retail environment and cashiering duties. Excellent communication skills with a passion to serve customers. Bilingual which is essential to attend to enquiries from Mandarin speaking customers. Basic computer skills is an advantageous (Excel and Powerpoint). Able to work retail hours from Monday to Saturday (12pm to 9pm) Able to start work at short notice Positions are available at Jurong East and/or Chinatown Point.
