We are looking for a Full time Retail Associate to join The Zall Bookstore. Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage stock inventory to ensure store sales are met
Perform price labelling and replenishment of merchandise on the shelves
Source and analyse information to gain knowledge on merchandise under your care
Operate the POS cash register, handle various modes of payments, and pack customer\'s purchases
Provide gift wrapping services to customers when required
Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and assist them with their needs
Carry out any duties pertaining to in-store promotions and events
Perform stocktaking exercises to ensure inventory accuracy
Any other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

N/O Level , Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Energetic, customer-centric oriented, and positive mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful disposition
Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed learner with high levels of initiative and willingness to learn
Required to work 5 days in a week following retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
