The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Main duties and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional customer services to guests and answer guest queries;\xc2\xb7 Acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests;\xc2\xb7 Upkeep the visual displays of merchandise, price tags and ensure store cleanliness and tidiness of displays;\xc2\xb7 Share with guest relevant park membership, conservation efforts and related information in aid of providing a holistic experience to guest;\xc2\xb7 Work with supervisors to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise;\xc2\xb7 Process stock count and receiving of stock;\xc2\xb7 Work with supervisors to drive sales and seize opportunities in upselling products;\xc2\xb7 Operate point-of-sales system and ensure accuracy in sales and inventory in compliance of standard operating procedures;\xc2\xb7 Ensure online orders are duly packed and despatched according to schedule; and\xc2\xb7 Ensure return/ exchange/ write off of merchandise is timely carried out.\xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \'N\' levels\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year of relevant formal/informal experience in customer service-related role\xc2\xb7 Friendly and approachable with a passion for service\xc2\xb7 Service oriented with good communication skills\xc2\xb7 Able to lift heavy stocks and willing to travel\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and Public HolidaysShortlisted candidates will be allocated to any of the 4 parks accordingly.Specialization : Retail
