Job Description

- Position Title: Retail Assistant/Associate
- Working Location: Central (Closest MRT - City Hall)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 11 am - 8 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2300 + OT + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations or alternatives to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle customer purchases, returns, or exchanges in compliance with store policies.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses, ensuring popular items are well-stocked.
- Ensure products are neatly arranged and replenish shelves or displays as needed.
- Min. 1 year experience in retail
