Job Description

As a Retail Associate, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the retail shop, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by maintaining proper inventory and merchandising standards. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including maintaining retail housekeeping standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the store.

Requirements:

Experience in a retail environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using POS systems * Preference for candidates who are active and have a passion for sports.
