Drive Sales:
+ Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing sales strategies.+ Maintain control over discounts and discontinued products.
+ Ensure all sales transactions follow operational procedures.
Deliver High Service Standards:
+ Stay updated on product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.+ Follow brand standards, company policies, and the Code of Conduct.
Maintain Retail Excellence:
+ Perform store opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.+ Keep the store neat, tidy, and visually appealing.
+ Monitor inventory and minimize stock losses.
