- Experience in customer service or high-end retail environment is a plus
- Experience in managing a team of associates in daily operations within the retail store.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English for handling English speaing people. Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
- Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets
- Basic computer skills and etiquette
