Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
To provide customer service on retail banking products; To attend personal loan application; To conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis; To maintain relationship with VIP customers; To provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers; To keep existing customers updated on portfolios and new products; To write reports on products and business; To prepare for any ad-hoc duty assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will be advantageous Ability to multi-task and work under pressure * Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
