Job Description
Main Tasks and Duties
- To provide customer service on retail banking products;
- To attend personal loan application;
- To conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis;
- To maintain relationship with VIP customers;
- To provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers;
- To keep existing customers updated on portfolios and new products;
- To write reports on products and business;
- To prepare for any ad-hoc duty assigned by Head of Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Banks
- English & Mandarin, Fluent written and spoken to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
