About the Traineeship

Are you a recent graduate eager to launch your career in the financial industry? We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Graduate Industry Traineeship program. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the banking sector, with opportunities in our Invest and Lending departments.





This is a 6 months traineeship program offered in partnership with Workforce Singapore's (WSG) Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) program. As a trainee, you will be immersed in real-world projects, mentored by experienced professionals, and gain invaluable industry insights.

What You'll Do

As a trainee, you will have responsibilities in both our dynamic Invest and Lending teams. You will:


Be Involved in the Product Development Lifecycle from end to end, pre-launch to post launch for both Invest and Lending Manage and monitor overall product performance, driving initiatives to grow the portfolio and improve profitability. Review product programs and processes, implementing enhancements for better customer experience and operational efficiency. Liaise with various stakeholders including risk, credit, operations, and technology teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities, including exposure to external partners.

Campaign Management:

Tracking campaign performance and ensuring fulfillment. General administration and upkeep of campaign activities. Supporting the preparation of acquisition ideas. Liaising with Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Legal for communication preparation.

Business Development & Analysis:

Supporting business development and partnership analysis. Preparing slides for management updates. Monitoring and analyzing investment portfolios.

Who We're Looking For

2024/2025 graduates from a tertiary institution A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for the financial industry.
