Job Description

:

Preparation of meat for sale (cutting, mincing, packing), adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures. Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure quality and freshness of products. Cleaning and maintenance of working tools / equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment. Service customer requests politely and professionally. Perform other ad hoc duties instructed by immediate superior.
Salary Package: $2500 - $3000

Work Time: Tue-Fri: 11am - 8pm / Sat-Sun: 9am - 6pm

Work Days: 5.5 days (including weekend if required)
