Retail Client Advisor

who is passionate about hair, beauty, and delivering exceptional client experiences to help us in our expansion of retail products.

About the Role

As our Retail Client Advisor, you will be the face of our

retail and product experience zone

, dedicated to helping clients discover and fall in love with kimrobinson's professional haircare products. You will play an active role in

engaging clients

, educating them on solutions, and inspiring purchases through expertise, confidence, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage clients in the retail area to introduce, recommend, and sell kimrobinson products. Deliver expert consultations by understanding client needs and prescribing suitable products for scalp, hair, and lifestyle. Share knowledge on

haircare rituals, treatments, and product benefits

, ensuring every client feels educated and empowered. Demonstrate products where relevant, guiding clients on how to use them effectively at home*.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the salon's retail division. Maintain the retail area's presentation and stock standards in line with our luxury image. Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless client journey from service to retail.

Requirements

Strong passion for

hair and beauty

, with knowledge of haircare a strong advantage. Prior experience in

retail, client advisory, or luxury customer service

preferred. Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging clients proactively. A natural salesperson with a warm, approachable personality. Well-groomed and polished, embodying the kimrobinson brand. Proactive, energetic, and motivated to meet sales targets.
