Retail Client Experience Intern, SEAO

YOUR ROLE
This Is a rotational internship program between Boutique & Regional Office to provide you with a 360 view of Vacheron Constantin's Southeast Asia & Oceania business, with a focus on operations at our Boutiques and our Regional Office in Singapore.
The role will report directly into the Regional Training Manager.
Boutique Experience (70% of time):

• Act as an Ambassador for the Maison, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community
• Assist boutique team with preparation of client appointments and in-boutique activations
• Support Boutique Managers in leading actions aimed at driving up High Value sales; for example, exploring partnerships and collaborations to enhance exclusive product launches and exclusive events

Regional Office Experience (20% of time):

• Perform a comprehensive study to propose a plan to drive Top Client strategy in the region, focusing on both client acquisition and client retention
• Lead initiatives to elevate service standards across boutiques (ex: Grooming, Etiquette)
• Collate and share insights to benchmark our client experience versus competitors

Others/Off-Site (10% of time):

• Support execution of large-scale Maison events, which may require travel throughout the region

PLAYING YOUR PART
During this 6-month assignment, your mission will be to lead projects with the goal of delivering One Of Not Many experiences to our clients.
