• Conducts fitting out meetings with tenant's appointed contractor to deliver smooth fitting out SOP Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects and liaise with property agents to invite prospective for the mall
• Manage tenancy-related issues, compile occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting
• Conduct site inspections, and marketing presentations to prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental, and lease terms for new leases and renewals and ensure smooth execution of lease documentation
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Give regular updates to Management on market supply, demand, pricing, competition, and market positioning for the asset and prepare the annual rental budget and rental forecast
• Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
• Manage timely rent collections and tenant relations
• Handling of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST)
• Ad hoc task as and when required by the Management

• Minimum 4 years of property management experience
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work independently
