Main Responsibilities Customer service & store operations Achieve sales targets by recommending products to suit the needs of our customers. Attend to customers' needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience. Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service. Ensure that POS is well maintained, data updated accurately and regularly. Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment. Fulfil your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism. Others Provide feedback on customers' preference, merchandise and other areas of concern Perform any other relevant tasks/assignments as and when required by the management Job Requirement Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday Willing to work at designated retail outlet including Changi Airport Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
