Our Client is a leading manufacturer of Asian-inspired jewelry and gifts.
Responsibilities:
To promote and sell the company\'s product, play an integral part in promoting the brand\'s image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/ counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner
Achieve sales target by recommending products to suit the needs of customers
Attend to customers\' needs, serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience
Keep up-to-date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service
Ensure that POS is well maintained, data updated accurately and regularly
Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment
Fulfill your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability, and professionalism
Provide feedback on customers\' preferences, merchandise, and other areas of concern
Perform any other relevant tasks/ assignments as and when required by the management
Requirements:
Minimum GCE \'N\' levels and above
Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail and/ or customer service
Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
Motivated and passionate about delighting customers
Able to commit to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holidays
Willing to work at designated retail outlet
