Job Description

• Basic Salary: $2000 + Joining Bonus
• Work 5 Days rest 1 day
• Morning / Noon / Night timing (Choose Fix)
• Location: Changi Airport T3

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
• Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS)
• Opening and closing settlement for daily cash reconciliation
• Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products
• Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct bag searches in accordance with SOP and ensure compliance with security standards dictated by the management and Airport police
• Responsible for store cleanliness and image
• Any other duties as assigned by management
