Operations:

Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet
Monitor sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales
Responsible for the stock variance within his/her shop
Assist in manpower planning
Maintain high level of customer service standards
Create a friendly sales environment to hit shop\'s sales target as a team
Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline

Staff Management:

Assist SIC to supervise staff in correct execution of all company operations
Assist SIC to coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company
Ensure that staff adheres to company\'s code of conduct & ensure fair practice at work

Job Requirements

2 years of sales experience or customer service experience (For senior position)
1 year of sales experience or customer service experience (For junior position)
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Excellent verbal communication and selling-up skills
Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
Team player
Can accept daily commute but will not entitle housing allowance
