Job Description

Retail Coordinator is responsible for maintaining schedules, filling documents, solving customer issues, ordering merchandise, processing orders, managing promotional activities, adhering to organization policies, and reporting to supervisors. Individual responsibilities as a Retail Coordinator may include demonstrating outstanding customer centric services and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in the display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.A Retail Coordinator appointed for cashiering must process payments by totaling purchases; processing and/or credit cards. Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store's commitment to our customer-centric services.Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the retail industry. The set of skills and other requirement needed to succeed in these key practice areas include, but not limited to:1. Good Interpersonal Skills
2. Ability to meet the SOP's and KPI's
3. Teamwork and Organizational Skills
4. Multitasking skills
5. Results driven and customer care focusedRoles and responsibilities may include a variety of duties including, but not limited to: 1. Work closely with the store's Head of Section, Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager.
2. Understand product knowledge and use them effectively during sales interactions. 3. Communicate product features, benefits & unique selling points clearly to strengthen customers' connection.
4. Be aware of store targets and store KPI's, take ownership and work towards meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Process product deliveries promptly and effectively, and constantly replenish product fixtures to ensure all products are represented and no shelves are left empty. 6. Maintain customer awareness at all times to ensure attentiveness.
7. Performs all daily cleanliness chores, display arrangements and SOP's before store opening and closing hours.
8. Must be a team player in supporting and assisting team members daily.
9. Must be on duty as scheduled on the monthly roster and be punctual.
10. Any other projects as assigned, job roles and responsibilities assigned during the employment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per monthSchedule:

  • Day shift
  • Late shift
  • Weekend availability
