Front Office
Ø Attending to Walk-In Customers for Cash/Cheque Deposits and Cash withdrawals
Ø Attending to Walk-In Customers for Remittance to India
Ø Attending to Savings Account / Current Account / Locker Customers
Ø Attending to Phone Calls
Ø Opening of Accounts
Ø Creating of Customer ‘Customer Information File [CIF]’
Ø Performing ‘Know Your Customer [KYC]’
Ø Processing of Clearing Cheques and eGiro
Ø Operating the CTS/eGiro System.
Ø Daily / Monthly Vouching & Postings / Filing / Update of Relevant Registers.
Ø Assisting Officers in CIF Review and other Retail Related Work.
Ø Attend to other miscellaneous job assigned.
Back Office
Ø Attending to Phone Calls
Ø Processing of Outward Remittance Applications
Ø Preparing of Outward Remittance Transactions
Ø Processing of Incoming Funds
Ø Sending out and retrieving of emails
Ø Attending to Fixed Deposit Customer
Ø Daily Fixed Deposit Transactions
Ø Daily/Monthly Retail Related Reports
Ø Updating of Relevant Registers
Ø Daily / Monthly Vouching & Postings / Filing / Update of Relevant Registers.
Ø Assisting Officers in charge
Ø Attend to other miscellaneous work assigned
Required Qualification and Experience
1. 1-2 years experience in Retail Banking or other related Banking area
2. Good Communications Skills
3. Customer Oriented attitude
4. Basic Knowledge of KYC and AML/CFT
5. Strong Team Player and also able to work independently
6. Computer Literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Office
