Job Description


Key Job Accountabilities:

To develop and implement the countries\' retail design strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.

  • Co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up of point of sales with DMI and local market
  • Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
  • Develop and coordinate key design projects and new tools for different types of distribution
  • Develop and follow guidebooks for different types of distribution and marketing events
  • Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
  • Monitor the performance of projects by taking into account budget and time constraints
  • Liaises with Marketing and Communication to ensure coherent launches
  • Recruit, develop and manage his/her team taking care of the know-how transfer and the development of expertise. Implement organizational changes.

Delivers Operational Implementation with Excellence
  • Adapts the retail concept according to the distribution channel or customer profile
  • Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production
  • Cooperates with 360\xc2\xb0 internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience
  • Pilots & Monitors RD\'s efficiency in line with timelines and budget
Handles Projects According to Departmental Organization
  • Takes responsibility for all or part of a project
  • Coordinates the advancement of projects with internal or external partners
  • Handles contacts with participating parties according to the level of their contribution to the project
Requirements:
  • University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Visual Design, Retail Design, Sales or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Strong agility, ability to work independently and multi-task to manage workload with tight timelines
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity and people development track record
  • Well-versed with retail design best practices, with proven experience in retail presentation
  • Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus
  • Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry
