Mint TCG Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specialising in trading card games and collectibles. We provide distribution, retail support, and marketing services to hobby stores, mass retail, and enthusiasts across the region.

As a Retail Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new retail channels, including hypermarkets, CVS, toy stores, and other chain outlets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing retail partners.
Coordinating with logistics and admin teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Tracking retail performance, preparing regular sales and channel reports, and presenting insights to management.
Working closely with the marketing team to align promotions and campaigns with retail strategies.
Visiting stores and attending events to support retailers and strengthen brand presence.

You should be:

Experienced in account management, retail development, or channel sales.
Familiar with working with hypermarkets, CVS, toy chains, or other large retail groups (required).
Strong in communication and negotiation skills.
Organized and capable of handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Familiar with trading card games, tabletop games, or collectibles (preferred but not required).

What we offer:

Full-time gross salary: SGD 3,200 - SGD 3,500 (depending on experience).
