Retail Excellence Specialist

Retail at Castlery is where design, service, and experience meet -- giving customers a space to explore, connect, and discover the perfect pieces for their homes.
What you'll be doing:
Document, implement, and drive adoption of key retail workflows across showrooms.
Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects, delivering measurable impact on time.
Establish clear communication channels and reporting frameworks between HQ and overseas showroom teams.
Build and maintain tools, frameworks, and practices to support scalable, consistent retail operations.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
0-2 years of experience in retail, operations, or related roles.
Strong interest in retail operations and process improvement.
Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and basic project management software.
