The Retail Executive will be supporting the Sales Team in Boutique and Department Stores operations
YOUR MISSION _________
Counter & Sales Management
Manage retail operations and drive sales performance for Department Store Counters.
Liaise and coordinate with Retailers to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities are managed within brand guidelines.
Ensure adequate manpower coverage at all counters.
Prepare and process POs and Sales Returns for all retailers, including new launches, price change etc.
Processing of Phone Orders (Call-to-Buy for Boutiques)
Price List management and distribution
Schedule Monthly Paperwork collection from all boutiques
Prepare Monthly Boutique and Counter Managers Meeting
Lead and manage all People topics related to Beauty Consultants and Counter Managers, including Part Timer management, Beauty Consultants induction, manpower management, etc.
Dior Connect system management
Organize year-end warehouse closing schedule between warehouse and store team
Sales Reporting Management
Consolidate Daily Sales of all stores into Daily Sales Tracking File
Prepare data for Weekly Newsletter and Weekly Sales Meeting
Monthly reports preparation (Retail Sales, Service Tracking, Incentive tracking, etc.)
Consolidation of monthly ranking results from Department Stores
Consolidate inventory report of all stores
Others
Management of POS discount
All other ad-hoc tasks and topics as assigned
