Act as a first point of contact of all inquiries in Tiong Bahru Flagship + CK Tangs Orchard Outlets;
Provide excellent customer care and elevated service;
Possess expert knowledge of Heveya\xc2\xae\xe2\x80\x99s sustainable branding and products;
Develop meaningful customer connections & build the Heveya\xc2\xae community;
Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets;
Participate in monthly Sales meetings;
Process incoming orders from our E-commerce;
Maintain stock room organization;
Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to;
Work closely with the marketing department for pop-up shops and atrium sales.
