Objective

Provide Retail Management & Marketing services

Duties and responsibilities

Retail Management

  • Develop and establish good rapport with retail tenants;
  • Assist to organise regular tenants\xe2\x80\x99 communication sessions for marketing updates and management of issues;
  • Work with General Manager to ensure tenants comply with key lease covenants such as permitted use, operating hours, signages, connection to POS, submission of sales data, etc;
  • Administer food/gift voucher system covering T&Cs, issuance of vouchers and timely reimbursements.
Marketing
  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning and recommending marketing strategies in line with the desired branding and positioning of the asset;
  • Assist in executing the annual marketing calendar to attract and engage office tenants as part of the customer care objective;
  • Manage and monitor assigned marketing programmes, activities and events in accordance to the approved calendar of events;
  • Attend to all queries and requests for the use of the Cube;
  • Facilitate all activities and events in the Cube organized by tenants, event management companies, government agencies, corporate companies etc;
  • Coordinate closely with other departments, service providers and vendors for smooth execution of all A&P activities; and
  • Ensure effective management of all communications media in the development; POK, lift ticker, Microtile, pylon etc.
Administration
  • Maintain proper filing system and asset inventory list
  • Administer contracts management of related services and systems
  • Prepare monthly reports covering A&P events and activities, revenue and expenditure etc.
  • Track and update expenses in budget sheet, and ensure all expenses comply with the Financial control policy
  • Ensure all invoices are verified/approved in a timely manner for payment
Key Competencies & Performance Measures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines
  • Proactive and solution oriented, friendly with assertive and personable nature
  • Demonstrate initiative and able to work independently
  • Manage service delivery as per agreed SLA
  • Develop sound working relationship with tenants and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Achieve KPI and SLA targets
  • Compliance with standards and audit requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong background in A&P with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of people-tenants, 3rd party agencies, service providers and Client representatives
  • Experience in managing creative agencies, event management companies and retail tenants
  • Possess initiative and professionalism with the ability to organise, prioritize work and work independently
  • Able to multi task with good time management and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash and HTML is highly desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Degree holder in Arts or Communications preferred
