Overall Job Purpose:
Key responsibilities: Staff management, inventory control, marketing activities, sales reports and meeting sales targets.

Overseeing all retail operations and ensuring productivity levels are met. Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers and boost sales. Coordinating and supervising the work of retail staff, sometimes including recruitment and training. Backend ordering and sales reporting Communicating with vendors, clients and team members to achieve business goals. Monitoring retail operating costs, budgets and resources. Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
A diploma or higher education in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Jovial, energetic, presentable and confident Able to work independently and lead well At least 2 to 3 years in supervisory role in Retail industry Visual Merchandising Knowledge of IT solutions in relation to retail operations would be an advantage (POS System, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidaysJob Applications
