Internship Details

Job Title: Retail Intern

Location: Little India, Singapore

At Alangkaar, we\'re excited to offer a dynamic internship opportunity for individuals passionate about the Wedding industry and work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services. Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Sales Support: Assist in maintaining and organizing product displays. Learn and understand product features and benefits to effectively assist customers. Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels. Work with the team to ensure proper merchandising and restocking of products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers. Participate in setting up promotional displays and signage.
  • Assistance in Daily Operations: Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure the smooth functioning of the retail environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced retail professionals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and record-keeping.
Salary: 1000 $ per month

Duration: 3 to 6 months
