Job Description
Ning is the heart of the fusion between the Contemporary and the Oriental. A truly first-class spa & massage luxury, the origins of 'Ning' translates to peace and serenity in Chinese; a succinct expression that encapsulates the Spa's Eastern influences and geographical location in Asia.
Intern will be in direct interactions with the tourists and local customers to provide excellent service for the Company's spa services.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Attend to customer enquiries on spa services
- Assist customers in appointment booking for spa services
- Promote spa services to customers
- Collect payments from customers
- Handle any customer complains
- Gather service reviews from customers
- Ensure good merchandising presentation of the products and marketing materials in store
- Maintain good spa environment in store
- Any other related responsibilities
- Preferably with prior customer service experience
- Able to commit weekends
- Work location: Jewel Changi Airport - 11am to 9pm, 5 to 6 days work week including weekends
