Job Summary:

• Company background: MNC Property Management Group
• Working location: Central
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 9 am - 6pm (Hybrid as 1 Day WFH)
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,500 (dep on exp) + avr 2 to 3 months Variable Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties (shopping malls) within the Company\'s assigned portfolio.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
• Welcome candidate with no experience but passion, drive and keen to learn.
• Relevant study in real estate will be plus point.
