We are currently working closely with a well-known Real Estate developer in seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Leasing Executive/Senior Leasing Executive to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing retail space in our centrally located mall in Singapore. - Leasing and Renewals: Identify and secure new retail tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and manage lease renewals to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
- Tenant Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lease Administration: Prepare and manage lease documentation, ensure compliance with lease terms, and maintain accurate records.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement leasing promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Provide regular leasing reports, track leasing performance, and manage budgets to achieve leasing targets.Key Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in a shopping mall environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
