The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with multiple of Singapore's leading property developers
Opportunity to be the in-charge of the execution of the company's overall retail leasing plans
Working Location: Central
The Talent
Degree in Real Estate / Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in retail leasing
Good understanding of retail concepts, shopping mall leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Proactive, tenacity, resourceful and strong team player with excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
The Job
Developing and planning of leasing strategies for shopping mall of the company
Sourcing of tenants, reviewing prospective tenants' concept.
Recommending and negotiating lease terms as well as managing all leasing activities including arrears management.
Prepare budgets, monthly reports and slides for presentations to management and
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for all tenancy management activities for the Company
Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
