Responsibilities for
Retail Leasing Specialist
:
Responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail tenants.
Conduct market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
Manager will lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful implementation of leasing strategies
Primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Responsible for finalizing lease agreements and managing documentation
Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Min 4 year of commercial leasing experience
