Job Description

Program for Management Trainees for those who are enthusiastic about pursuing a career in retail.Responsibilities:

• During on-the-job training, trainees will work with a buddy and perform the responsibilities of a shop manager and sales/service professional. The following are some practical abilities that individuals must possess:
• Setting and keeping track of sales targets as part of managing sales targets
• In charge of upholding excellent customer service standards, including handling customer comments, assisting with customer recovery, and other duties.
• Overseeing the outlets\' inventory, including setting up the storeroom and ensuring there is enough of each size and type of merchandise.
• Controlling the visual presentation
• Carrying out additional administrative tasks, such as creating sales targets, personnel scheduling and rosters, staff appraisals, and more.
• Quarterly reports to Management and the Operations Team

Requirements:

• Willing to work retail hours, public holidays, and weekends;
• Ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Have strong people skills and enjoy interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and focused on achieving sales goals
• Have strong sales skills and a strong sense of entrepreneurialism.
• Maintaining a presentable and polished look while working
• A keen interest in styling fashion
• A strong sense of style and a love for the fashion business

Benefits:

• $2800 - $3050
• 5Days (Including Weekends)
• 8-9Hrs/day (Retail Hours)
• Location: Islandwide
