Program for Management Trainees for those who are enthusiastic about pursuing a career in retail.Responsibilities:
During on-the-job training, trainees will work with a buddy and perform the responsibilities of a shop manager and sales/service professional. The following are some practical abilities that individuals must possess:
Setting and keeping track of sales targets as part of managing sales targets
In charge of upholding excellent customer service standards, including handling customer comments, assisting with customer recovery, and other duties.
Overseeing the outlets\' inventory, including setting up the storeroom and ensuring there is enough of each size and type of merchandise.
Controlling the visual presentation
Carrying out additional administrative tasks, such as creating sales targets, personnel scheduling and rosters, staff appraisals, and more.
Quarterly reports to Management and the Operations Team
Requirements:
Willing to work retail hours, public holidays, and weekends;
Ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
Have strong people skills and enjoy interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Self-motivated and focused on achieving sales goals
Have strong sales skills and a strong sense of entrepreneurialism.
Maintaining a presentable and polished look while working
A keen interest in styling fashion
A strong sense of style and a love for the fashion business
