Job Description

• Salary range up to $4800 + AWS + Variable bonuses
• Good Experience in Merchandising and Operations.
• Experience handling a large inventory of brands
• 5 days work week inclusive of weekends
• Town area (Walking distance from MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Monthly budget planning for department
• Tenancy and contract negotiations
• A&P planning with individual brands.
• Execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Setting KPI for department
• Reviewing buying processes and approval for product mix for individual brands
• Staff management with individual brands
• Liaising with suppliers (local and international)
• Ensure that safety of department\'s operations and welfare for both internal and external stakeholder are considered
• Brand identity, brand positioning and USP development
• Brand sourcing and brand development to ensure department stays ahead of competition
• Working with team on redesigning of company\'s operational procedures.

Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma.
• Min 2 years of working experience in the retail environment and management
• Retail Operational and Merchandising Experience is a must.
• Posses leadership skill and able to give trainings and coaching to staffs for sales purpose.
• Ensure the sales floor and retail operations of the store are in comply with companies\' policies and procedures
